How is my portrait made?

We create it from the photo you upload, then a person on our team compares it with your photo: eyes, markings, ears and coat colour. If it does not look like your pet, we fix it before you ever see it. You get up to 3 versions to choose from.

What photo works best?

A sharp photo of the face at eye level in good daylight. The whole head should be visible, ears included. Phone photos are perfect. Please avoid heavy filters, strong backlight and blurry shots.

When do I see my portrait?

Your first proof arrives by email within 24 hours of your order, usually much sooner. You approve it or ask for one free change. We only print after you approve.

What if I do not like it?

Tell us what to change on the proof page, the first change is free. If the finished print does not show your pet as approved, we remake it for free. Because every piece is made just for you, we cannot take back a correct print because of a change of mind.

Can I put two or three pets in one portrait?

Yes. Choose the number of pets on the product page (+$15.00 per extra pet, up to 3) and upload one photo per pet, or one photo that shows all of them.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2-5 business days after you approve, delivery 3-4 more business days. Shipping is free to all 50 US states. For Christmas, please order by December 8.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We ship to US addresses only. The digital file works everywhere.

What happens to my photo?

We use it only to make your portrait. Photos are stored privately, never shown publicly and deleted 90 days after your order is complete.
