Shipping

Every portrait is printed to order in the USA by our print partner Printful and shipped free to any address in the 50 US states and DC.

Timeline

• Proof: within 24 hours of your order, by email.
• Production: 2-5 business days after you approve the proof.
• Delivery: 3-4 business days with standard tracked shipping (USPS, UPS or FedEx, chosen by the print partner).

Canvas, poster, blanket, mug and ornament usually reach you 6 to 10 business days after you approve. We email the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Christmas

To receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 8 and approve your proof within a day. Carriers get slower in December, so earlier is safer. The digital file arrives by email and can be ordered any time.

Where we ship

US addresses only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. We cannot ship outside the US at the moment.

Damaged or lost

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 15 business days after shipping, write to kontakt@codext.de with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged). We send a free replacement.
